针对特种设备中的车载气瓶,应用电子标签、ZigBee、嵌入式系统等技术,研发完善可对车载气瓶全生命周期进行动态监管的软件系统,建立以车载气瓶、加气机为感知对象、有线/无线通信为传输方式、监管软件系统为核心应用的集成监管公共服务平台。该平台通过对数据的融合和挖掘,服务于政府职能部门、车载气瓶改装厂、特种设备检验站、天然气充装站、车辆营运人员等群体。
