ISO9000标准认证已成为大多数塞浦路斯组织主要的质量活动。然而,通过世界各国的研究显示,不同组织中该标准对于质量与绩效改进的贡献是不同的。这与组织的认证动机有重要的关系。本文揭示了塞浦路斯获证组织中ISO9000认证对卓越经营的贡献以及认证动机在此贡献中的作用。文章调查了在以下卓越经营方面的绩效改进:领导作用、方针和战略、合作和资源、人力资源和过程管理。
ISO9000 standard certification has become the main quality activities of most Cyprus organizations. However, research by countries around the world shows that the standards in different organizations contribute differently to quality and performance improvement. This is an important relationship with the organization’s certification motivation. This article reveals the contribution of ISO9000 certification to operational excellence in Cyprus accreditation organizations and the role of accreditation incentives in this contribution. The article surveys performance improvements in the following areas of excellence: leadership, policy and strategy, cooperation and resources, human resources and process management.
