本文介绍了SA387Gr、11Cl_2(调质)钢的温成形试验,分析探讨了材料的成形温度、性能、压制力及预防焊接变形的问题,确定了大厚度调质钢筒体制造的切实可行的方法。
This paper introduces the temperature forming test of SA387Gr and 11Cl_2 (tempering) steels. The forming temperature, performance, pressing force and the prevention of welding deformation are discussed. The feasible method for manufacturing large thickness quenched and tempered steel cylinder is determined .
