目的观察必压生（派德药厂生产）治疗咯血的临床疗效及安全性。方法咯血病人６９例，在治疗原发病的基础上，给予必压生２０～４０Ｕ加入５％葡萄糖或生理盐水内缓慢静点，３～７日为一疗程。结果有效率为８８．４％，不良反应发生率为２８．９９％，以腹痛、腹胀等消化道症状为主，减慢滴速可减少副作用产生。结论　必压生对呼吸道疾病引起的咯血有良好地止血作用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with essential hypertension (produced by Paide Pharmaceutical Factory) in the treatment of hemoptysis.
