做好离退休职工工作是构建“和谐广东地勘”的一项重要工作。随着我国老龄化社会的到来,地勘单位离退休职工队伍越来越庞大。到2014年底为止,我队离退休职工1072人,是在职职工的3.3倍。前些年,由于种种原因,我队上访信件较多(主要集中在离退休职工中),老同志对我队工作意见较大,主要集中在提高离退休职工生活福利待遇、提高健康医疗保障等方面。个别人员多次上访,在一定程度上影响了职工队伍的稳定和正常工 Doing a retired worker’s work is an important task in building a “harmonious geological survey in Guangdong”.
