特发性性早熟的病因尚在探讨中。笔者近年收治6例,其中4例较长期服人参蜂王浆。报道如下。 例1:女,3岁3个月。因双乳房渐增大1年就诊。患儿系早产儿,人工喂养,自6个月起,服人参蜂王浆1支/日。既往体健,否认服避孕药等特殊药物史。体查:生长发育良好,身高104cm,体重16kg。双乳房处发育期Ⅲ期(按Tanner标准),乳晕、乳头及大、小阴唇均已着色,无腋毛及阴毛。B超示子宫较同龄儿童大,卵巢及双肾上腺正常。X线示骨龄8岁。脑电图检查无异常。血LH正常。FSH5.06mIU/ml,E_282pg/ml。就诊后嘱停服人参蜂王浆,未予特殊治疗。1年后复查双侧乳房发育停止。骨龄同前。血FSH和E_2恢复正常。 Idiopathic precocious puberty is still under discussion. FSH 5.06 mIU / ml, E_282 pg / ml. After treatment, stop taking ginseng royal jelly, no special treatment. Review after 1 year bilateral breast development stopped. Bone age with the former. Blood FSH and E_2 returned to normal.
