分析了我国目前综采工作面端头支护的现状以及存在的问题,结合赵固一矿11091综采工作面运输巷巷道变形量大、顶板破碎、不平整,且上端头矿压显现明显等现场情况,探索性地使用普通中间架对上端头进行支护。实践结果表明:采用这种支护方式杜绝了破碎顶板掉矸、下沉量大的现象,缩短了采煤机过槽头的影响时间,有效地提高了劳动效率和支护的安全可靠性。
The present situation and existing problems of end support in fully mechanized coal mining face in China are analyzed. Combined with the large deformation of the roadway in 11091 fully mechanized coal mining face, the roof is broken and uneven, and the top head pressure is obviously On-site situations, explore the use of ordinary intermediate rack on the head support. The practice results show that the adoption of this kind of support method can prevent the broken roof from falling off and the sinking amount is large, shorten the influence time of the shearer through the groove head, effectively improve the labor efficiency and the safety and reliability of the support.
