目的建立固相萃取-离子色谱法检测面及面制品中溴酸盐的含量。方法面及面制品中的溴酸盐用纯水超声提取后,用IC C_(18)柱、ICAg/H柱及ICNa柱净化,以4.5 mmol/L Na_2CO_3-0.8 mmol/L NaHCO_3为淋洗液,采用DIONEX IonPacAS23,4 mm×250 mm(带lon PacAG23,4 mm×50 mm保护柱)分离,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。结果峰面积与溴酸盐的浓度为0.5 ng/ml~5.0 ng/ml时,浓度和峰面积具有良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程为y=0.078 6x-0.024 5,相关系数(r)为0.999 92,回收率为83.3%~107.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%~6.8%,检出限为0.35 mg/kg。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、结果准确可靠,适合面及面制品中溴酸盐含量的检测。
Objective To establish a solid phase extraction - ion chromatography detection of flour and flour products in the bromate content. The regression equation of standard curve was y = 0.078 6x-0.024 5, and the correlation coefficient 0.999 92, the recoveries were 83.3% -107.3%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.9% -6.8% with a detection limit of 0.35 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable, suitable for the detection of bromate content in flour and flour products.
