采用二辊式铸轧机试验铸轧了高速钢带。钢水浇入辊缝中进行凝固的同时承受了轧制变形。观察与分析了铸态及轧制与热处理后钢带的组织特征,得出了合理的各种工艺参数,成功地试验铸轧了M2高速钢带。用此种钢带制造的铣刀片的机械性能和使用寿命都比常用的M2高速钢刀片为佳。
A two-roll casting machine was used to test and cast high-speed steel strip. Steel pouring into the roll gap for solidification at the same time bear the rolling deformation. Observe and analyze the microstructure characteristics of the as-cast and as-rolled and heat-treated steel strip, obtain various reasonable process parameters and successfully test and cast the M2 high-speed steel strip. Milling inserts made of this type of steel have better mechanical properties and longer service life than conventional M2 high speed steel inserts.
