光接收灵敏度与光发射信号的消光比大小和眼图的上升沿 下降沿陡度具有紧密相关性 ,试验研究表明 ,15 5Mbps光收发模块消光比在 16～ 2 0dB之间时光接收灵敏度最佳 ;眼图的上升沿 下降沿陡度越陡越好 ,一般情况下随上升沿 下降沿陡度的变化光接收灵敏度具有 2～3dB的差异。
The extinction ratio of light reception sensitivity to light emission signal is closely related to the steepness of the falling edge of the rising edge of eye pattern. Experimental studies show that the light reception sensitivity of 15 5Mbps optical transceiver module is best when the extinction ratio is between 16 and 20 dB. The steeper the steepness of the falling edge of the rising edge of the eye, the better the sensitivity of the light receiving sensitivity changes with the steepness of the rising edge along the falling edge. Generally, the light receiving sensitivity has a difference of 2 to 3 dB.
