存在于燃气轮机工作环境中的热腐蚀现象会引起涂层和合金的快速腐蚀破坏.已经证实热腐蚀可能发生在没有沉积物形成的工作环境中(即燃气侵蚀),也可能发生在存在有固态沉积物或液相沉积物的工作环境中。本文通过利用燃烧装置试验和实验室试验对热腐蚀现象所作的模拟性研究,对这种形成的快速腐蚀作了讨论並试图说明它的发生机理。
Hot corrosion phenomena that exist in the working environment of gas turbines can cause rapid corrosion damage to coatings and alloys It has been demonstrated that hot corrosion can occur in working environments where no deposits are formed (ie, gas erosion) and in the presence of solid-state deposits Material or liquid deposit in the working environment. In this paper, by exploiting the simulative study of hot corrosion phenomenon by combustion device test and laboratory test, the rapid corrosion of this formation is discussed and its mechanism of occurrence is discussed.
