RDA通过规则的开放编制,获得了在英语地区之外尤其是欧洲国家的广泛响应。2010年底美国国会图书馆结束了对RDA这种新的编目规则的最新测试,标志着RDA进入了一个新的发展阶段,笔者通过介绍RDA的结构内容、性质与特点,试图分析RDA这种新的编目规则标准在中国应用会存在哪些问题,并通过RDA带来的影响和启示探讨当前编目标准规则的发展前景。

The end of 2010 the United States Congress Library ended the RDA new cataloging rules of the latest test, marking the RDA has entered a new stage of development, the author introduces the contents of RDA structure, nature and characteristics, trying to analyze this new RDA What problems exist in the application of cataloging rules in China and discuss the development prospect of the current cataloging standard rules through the influence and enlightenment brought by RDA.
