前报~*提出了从两个方面对中药汤剂进行改革,(1)基本方加单味,(2)单煎混合,并选择感冒方(前称上感方)等五种中药复方汤剂,分别用薄层层析法对改革前后的药液,进行定性检测,结果提示上述两种汤剂改革的方法基本上是合理的。为了进一步探讨中药汤剂改革前后药理作用是否一致,我们选择了感冒方进行改革前(传统混煎)与改革后(基本方加单味)退热作用的比较,本文报导此项初步试验的结果。
The previous report~* put forward the reform of Chinese herbal decoction from two aspects: (1) basic plus mono-flavor, (2) single-blind mixing, and selecting five kinds of Chinese herbal compound soups Agents, respectively, using thin-layer chromatography on the liquid chemical before and after the reform, qualitative testing, the results suggest that the above two decoction reform method is basically reasonable. In order to further explore the consistency of the pharmacological effects before and after the reform of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, we have chosen the comparison of the antipyretic effects of colds before the reform (traditional mixed decoction) and after the reform (basic side plus single flavor). This article reports the results of this preliminary trial. .
