目的建立了以离子液体为萃取溶剂的顶空微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用的方法鉴定细辛药材中挥发油的成分,为细辛的临床合理用药提供依据。方法以离子液体为萃取溶剂,中空纤维为溶剂载体,水浴85℃顶空回流提取2h,之后将中空纤维置于甲醇中超声解吸附,利用溶剂间的熔点差异,在0℃环境下离子液体凝固成固态后,取液态的甲醇溶液进样分析。结果在本文所提供的条件下,共鉴定出细辛挥发油中31种挥发性化合物。结论实验方法简单、准确,提取效率高,可用于细辛挥发油中的成分的快速鉴定,并且为进一步合理开发利用细辛药材提供有效的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of volatile oil in Asarum officinale by headspace microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with ionic liquid as extraction solvent, and to provide a basis for the clinical rational use of Asarum. Methods The ionic liquid was used as the extraction solvent and the hollow fiber was used as the solvent carrier. After the water bath was refluxed at 85 ℃ for 2h, the hollow fibers were desorbed by ultrasonic in methanol. The ionic liquid was solidified at 0 ℃ Into the solid state, take the liquid methanol injection analysis. Results Under the conditions provided in this article, a total of 31 volatile compounds were identified in the volatile oil of Asarum. Conclusion The experimental method is simple, accurate, and has high extraction efficiency. It can be used for the rapid identification of components in the essential oil of Volatile Oil and provide scientific basis for further rational development and utilization of Asarum.
