目的:探究精浆生化及精液细胞学在无精子症诊断分型中的价值。方法:本研究通过对于2014年7月至2015年7月来该院泌尿外科以及生殖中心就诊的无精子症的126例患者,采用应用改良的巴氏染色法对这些患者进行分析,再根据精液中生精细胞的有无来将患者进行分组,即A组(61例)、B组(65例),然后再选择60名健康的成年男性作为参照组。测定3组人员的精液量、精液p H值以及精浆生化,然后综合数据来进行分析。结果:根据测量得出的结果是A组的精液量、精液p H值以及精浆生化与对照组的没有太大的差异,但是精浆果糖的含量远比B组和对照组高;B组的所有检测数据都比A组和对照组低。结论:精浆生化的检测以及精液生精细胞的检测都可作为患者病例的检测的重要指标,对临床治疗有着非常重要的研究价值。
Objective: To explore the value of seminal plasma biochemistry and semen cytology in the diagnosis of azoospermia. METHODS: In this study, 126 patients with azoospermia visited the Department of Urology and Reproductive Center from July 2014 to July 2015 were analyzed using modified Papanicolaou staining and based on semen Patients were divided into groups according to the presence of spermatogenic cells (group A) (group A, n = 61) and group B (n = 65). Then, 60 healthy adult men were selected as the reference group. Semen volume, semen p H value, and seminal plasma biochemistry were measured in the three groups, and then the data were analyzed. RESULTS: The results from the measurements were semen volume, semen p H value, and seminal plasma biochemistry of the seminal plasma in control group, but the content of fructose in seminal plasma was much higher than those in group B and control group B; Of all the test data are lower than the A group and the control group. Conclusion: The biochemical detection of seminal plasma and the detection of spermatogenic cells of spermatozoa can be used as an important index for the detection of patients, which has very important research value for clinical treatment.
