作为公益性文化事业单位,基层文化馆担负着群众文化活动的组织、辅导、培训和研究工作以及民间文化遗产的收集、整理与艺术普及工作,在群众文化建设中,发挥着非常重要的作用。与此同时,由于种种原因,基层文化馆自身也面临一些发展困境,不利于群众文化建设的进一步开展。本文以泸州市文化馆为例,着重探讨群众文化建设中基层文化馆的发展困境及对策,以期为基层文化馆在群众文化建设中进一步发挥作用,进而推动群众文化工作的更好开展,提供一定的思路。 As a public welfare cultural institution, the grass-roots cultural centers carry out the organization, counseling, training and research work of mass cultural activities as well as the collection, collation and popularization of folk cultural heritage. They play a very important role in the mass cultural construction. At the same time, due to various reasons, the grass-roots cultural centers themselves also face some difficulties in their development and are not conducive to the further development of mass cultural construction. Taking Luzhou Cultural Center as an example, this paper focuses on the development difficulties and countermeasures of the grass-roots cultural centers in the construction of mass culture, with a view to providing grass-roots cultural centers with more functions in mass cultural construction and further promoting mass cultural work.
