人们之间的道德互信是社会和谐的重要标志之一,也是社会生活人文化的显著特征。当下中国社会出现了较为严重的信任危机,其与社会转型过程中传统关系约束机制日渐失效而新的制度约束机制严重缺失,以及道德的位次在社会价值序列中急剧下降紧密相关。走出信任危机,需要加强道德教化,努力培育人们的契约精神、契约意识,特别要加强制度建设,增强人们对制度承诺的信任。
The mutual trust between people is one of the most important symbols of social harmony and also a distinctive feature of the culture of social life. At present, there is a serious crisis of trust in Chinese society. It is closely related to the serious failure of the traditional system of restraint and restraint in the process of social transformation, the serious lack of new institutional restraint mechanism, and the sharp decline of moral rank in the social value series.
