利用等强度梁的标定方法,选取等强度梁的相关参数,设计了微小应变标定装置,用于标定0.1με级的微小应变。首先使用材料力学的方法初步证明该等强度梁的可行性;对于材料力学无法解决的一些因素,使用有限元方法分析了这些因素对标定精度的影响,并提出了相应的修正方法,使标定结果达到预期精度。 Using the calibration method of isosceles beam, the parameters of isosceles beam were selected, and a small strain gauge was designed to calibrate the small strain of 0.1με. At first, the feasibility of the beam was proved by using the method of material mechanics. For some factors that can not be solved by the mechanics of materials, the influence of these factors on the calibration accuracy was analyzed by using the finite element method.
