本文采用加利福尼亚人格问卷量表对江苏经贸职业技术学院157名学生进行了问卷调查,试图通过对不同层面的大学生个性特征的调查研究,为今后开展更有针对性的个性教育提供一定的理论依据和实践基础,以不断发展大学生个性,培养学生良好的个性品质,使之形成健康和协调的个性,不断推进素质教育。研究结果表明,该学校的学生群体积极进取,但社会价值内化程度较差,成就潜能表现不明显。
This paper uses the Californian Personality Questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on 157 students of Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Business, attempting to provide some theoretical basis for carrying out more targeted personality education through investigation and research on personality characteristics of college students at different levels. Practice in order to continue to develop the personality of college students, students develop a good personality, to form a healthy and coordinated personality, and constantly promote quality education. The results show that the school’s student groups are aggressive, but their socialization is less internalized and its potential performance is not obvious.
