目的　探讨直肠粘膜保护剂 (太宁栓剂 )治疗内痔的疗效及安全性研究。方法　对 6 2 5例内痔采用太宁栓剂纳肛 ,每次 1枚 ,每天 2次 ,连用 6天 ,分别观察病人用药 2天和 6天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出等常见症状改善情况。结果　 (1)治疗后症状消失或好转的起效时间平均为 34h。 (2 )治疗 2天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出症状消失者分别占 31 35 %、39 2 3%、44 2 7%、5 1 36 %和 2 5 71% ;治疗 6天后上述症状消失者分别占 73 2 4%、72 15 %、76 6 8%、71 36 %和 44 44 %。 (3)治疗 6天后出血、局部不适、分泌物、瘙痒和脱出症状消失加好转者分别达 95 2 0 %、87 41%、83 40 %、81 36 %、45 0 8%。 (4 )用药后所有病人均无全身不良反应 ,仅 2 5例有局部不良反应 (占 4% ) ,绝大多数病人对药物耐受性好。结论　直肠粘膜保护剂是治疗内痔有效的局部用药 ,特别对出血病人止血起效快、总疗效好 ,且安全性高。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of rectal mucosal protective agent (Tai-Ning suppository) in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods Twenty-five cases of internal hemorrhoids were treated with Tai-Ning Suppository, one tablet at a time, twice a day for 6 days. The common symptoms of hemorrhage, local discomfort, discharge, pruritus and prolapse were observed after 2 days and 6 days respectively Improve the situation. Results (1) The onset of symptoms disappeared or improved after treatment for an average of 34h. (2) The bleeding, local discomfort, exudation, pruritus and prolapse symptoms accounted for 31.35%, 39.23%, 44.27%, 51.36% and 25.71% respectively after 2 days of treatment. After 6 days of treatment, Symptoms disappeared accounted for 73.24%, 72.15%, 76.68%, 71.36% and 44.44% respectively. (3) Bleeding, local discomfort, excretion, pruritus and symptoms of exfoliation and improvement after 6 days of treatment were 95 20%, 87 41%, 83 40%, 81 36% and 45 0 8% respectively. (4) After treatment, all patients had no systemic adverse reactions, only 25 cases had local adverse reactions (4%), the vast majority of patients were well tolerated. Conclusion Rectal mucosal protective agent is an effective local drug for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids, especially for patients with hemorrhage hemostasis rapid onset, the total effective, and safe.
