一种现代化计量工具:K—GGP—85—KBH矿用微机皮带秤最近通过部级鉴定,目前已批量生产。矿用微机皮带秤由秤重传感器、速度传感器、秤重框架、显示仪表及电源五部分组成。工作原理是:秤重框架完成重力传递,把皮带机上的输送物料的重量,传递给秤重传感器,而秤重传感器把物料重量转换成直流屯压输出,速度传感器把皮带速度转换成频率信号,通过显示仪表进行乘法和积分等运算处理,从而显示出某段时间内的总输送量。
