肾上腺素能受体及其亚型在海马调节机体细胞免疫功能中的作用

用 MTT法测定 Con A刺激脾淋巴细胞的增殖活性 ,研究了在大鼠海马中微量注射去甲肾上腺素 (NE)对细胞免疫功能的影响 ,探讨了α及β受体在此影响中的作用。发现 :1海马内微量注射 NE对 Con A刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应产生抑制效应 ,此效应能被 α及 β受体阻断剂酚妥拉明、心得安所阻断。 2 β、β1 及 β2 受体激动剂异丙基肾上腺素 (ISO)、Dobutam ine、Metaproterenol均能抑制 Con A刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。心得安可阻断 β2 受体激动剂的免疫抑制效应。提示 :海马内的 NE对大鼠细胞免疫功能有抑制效应 ,此效应由肾上腺素能 α及 β受体共同介导。 The effect of Con A-stimulated proliferation of splenic lymphocytes was assayed by MTT assay. The effect of norepinephrine (NE) microinjection on hippocampus on cellular immune function was investigated. The effect of α and β receptors on this effect was also discussed . It was found that microinjection of NE into the hippocampus had an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes stimulated by Con A, which was blocked by the phentolamine and propranolol, an α and β receptor antagonist. 2, β1 and β2 receptor agonist isoproterenol (ISO), Dobutam ine, Metaproterenol can inhibit Con A stimulated spleen lymphocyte proliferation. Encourage blocking the immunosuppressive effects of beta 2 receptor agonists. Hypothesis: NE in hippocampus has an inhibitory effect on cellular immune function in rats, which is mediated by adrenergic alpha and beta receptors.
