Zn-Al合金作为一种低熔点高强度的合金,具有许多优良的性能。采用Conclad连续挤压技术进行了Zn-Al合金管实验,确定了工艺参数:原料为210~240℃,模腔为280~300℃,挤压速度为3~4 r/min。
Zn-Al alloy as a low-melting high-strength alloy, with many excellent properties. The Conclad continuous extrusion technology was used to test the Zn-Al alloy tube. The process parameters were as follows: the starting material was 210-240 ℃, the cavity was 280-300 ℃ and the extrusion speed was 3-4 r / min.
