[目的]初步探讨朴肾健脾方的抗乙型肝炎病毒(ＨＢＶ)作用。[方法]通过补肾健脾方作用于体外培养的２．２．１５细胞,观察其对２．２．１５细胞两抗原分泌的影响,初步评价其抗ＨＢＶ作用。[结果]补肾健脾方作用于２．２．１５细胞１０ ｄ后,药物对 ２．２．１５细胞的半数毒性浓度为 ３７．８０ｇ/Ｌ,对ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ的半数抑制浓度分别为１９．０５ｇ/Ｌ和９．５５ ｇ/Ｌ,治疗指数分别为１．９８和３．９６。[结论]补肾仁脾方在体外细胞培养中对ＨＢｅＡｇ的分泌有较好的抑制作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Park Sik Kin spleen on hepatitis B virus (HBV). [Methods] The effect of Bushen Jianpi Recipe on 2.2.15 cells cultured in vitro was observed, and its effect on the secretion of the two antigens in 2.2.15 cells was observed, and its anti-HBV effect was evaluated initially. [Results] After the Bushen Jianpi Recipe was applied to 2.2.15 cells for 10 d, the half concentration of the drug to 2.2.15 cells was 37.80 g/L, and the half inhibition concentration to HBsAg and HBeAg was 19. At 05g/L and 9.55 g/L, the therapeutic indices were 1.98 and 3.96, respectively. [Conclusion] Bushenrenpifang has a good inhibitory effect on the secretion of HBeAg in in vitro cell culture.
