目的:探讨中西医结合治疗后马蹄形肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:采用多切口对口引流术配合中医活血化瘀法治疗50例后马蹄形脓肿。结果:一次性治愈48例,愈合时间20～42天,平均愈合时间28天。术后形成肛瘘1例,脓肿复发1例,治愈率96%。结论:中西医结合治疗后马蹄形肛周脓肿疗效好,具有保持肛门正常的功能和形态,疗程较短,并发症少,一次性根治等优点。 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess after the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 50 cases of horseshoe-shaped abscess were treated by multi-incision drainage with traditional Chinese medicine. Results: A one-time cure in 48 cases, the healing time of 20 to 42 days, the average healing time of 28 days. Postoperative anal fistula formation in 1 case, 1 case of abscess recurrence, the cure rate was 96%. Conclusion: The curative effect of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess after the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is good. It has the functions and forms of maintaining normal anus, short course of treatment, less complications and one-time radical cure.
