一、基本情况1.原有基础上学期经过一个多月的总路线教育,师生思想有了一定的提高。通过图片展览,儿童们更了解到苏联农民的幸福生活,是集体忘我劳动的结果,初步树立了热爱社会主义劳动的思想感情。接着,我们又参观了茶场。儿童们看到运用先进技术培植出来的“祁门茶”,叶瓣长而嫩,与当地“土造茶”有天渊之别,都无限兴奋。在这次参观之後,都表示要好好学习,准备将来为祖国社会主义更好地贡献其劳动力。由於进行了增产节约教育,儿童对积累和节省祖国财富的重大意义也有了一些体会。在修建校舍时,积极参加了柝墙削砖的工作,更提高了劳动的热情,并明确了劳动的价值。五年级重点进行劳动教育,获得了一些经验,为本学期全面开展劳动教育打下了一些基础。由於适当结合正课进行爱劳动的思想教育,并联系教学内容,展开了课外活动与校外活动,儿童们认识到幸福的社会主义的实现,必须用辛勤劳动去努力争取;也初步认识到农业的社会主义改造对祖国的社会主义工业化有密切的关系。开学以後,中高级都会以“我长大了做什麽”命题作文,统计参加作业的三百六十四人中愿意从事农业生产的有一百○三人,愿意做工的有一百三十九人。2.有利条件: 本校大部分学生家庭的职业或副业是陶业,儿童可以在适当的时间参加家庭生产劳动,借以培养热爱劳动的思想感情和劳动习惯。本校有广大的校园及生产地区,可供儿童在课外进行培植花卉树木、种菜、种豆等生产劳动。3.存在问题:
