文秘人员的一个重要职责是为单位起草公文,而公文不仅反映单位的工作情况,也体现单位的管理策略,是单位政策和理念的重要表现,因此,不少公文的起草过程同时也是政策的制定过程。所以,文秘人员不仅要有文字表达能力,还要有政策制定能力。高校文秘专业学生毕业后主要到企事业单位从事文秘工作,为适应将来的岗位需求,应该学习并掌握企事业组织政策制定方面的知识。
