目的:建立同时检测多种头孢菌素类药物的方法:薄层色谱法-拉曼光谱法(TLC-Raman)联用技术,从而使得检验过程更加快捷与方便。方法:采用TLC法,固定相为GF254硅胶板,展开剂为醋酸乙酯-冰醋酸-丙酮-水=5∶2∶2∶1+适量氨水,可同时检测4种头孢菌素类药物,并尝试应用Raman法对此方法进行验证。结果:可同时检测头孢他啶、头孢替唑钠、头孢呋辛钠和头孢羟氨苄4种药物。结论:所建立的方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可以作为该类头孢菌素类药物真伪检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous detection of various cephalosporins: TLC-Raman spectroscopy, which makes the test more efficient and convenient. Methods: By TLC method, the stationary phase was GF254 silica gel plate, the developing solvent was ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid - acetone - water = 5: 2: 2:1 + Try to use Raman method to verify this method. Results: Simultaneous detection of ceftazidime, ceftezole sodium, cefuroxime sodium and cefadroxil 4 drugs. Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which can be used as the authenticity test method for such cephalosporins.
