基于对天津市酒店企业的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型方法,对酒店企业低碳经营的影响因素和行为机理进行了微观探讨。结果表明:酒店低碳经营包含一般减排行为和积极低碳行为两个维度,酒店对于一般减排行为的认知和实施程度较高,而对积极低碳行为的认知和实施程度明显偏低。行为特征的差异导致两种行为的影响因素也不尽相同。按照影响力大小,社会规范压力、低碳利益感知、低碳责任意识和外部环境支持依次正向影响一般减排行为,而内部资源实力并无显著影响;内部资源实力、外部环境支持和低碳责任意识依次正向影响积极低碳行为,而社会规范压力和低碳利益感知的影响不显著。
Based on the questionnaire data of hotel enterprises in Tianjin, the influencing factors and behavioral mechanisms of low-carbon operation in hotel enterprises were discussed using structural equation modeling method. The results show that hotel low-carbon management includes two aspects: general emission reduction and positive low carbon behavior. Hotels have a higher level of cognition and implementation of general emission reduction activities, while their awareness and implementation of positive low-carbon behaviors are obviously partial low. Differences in behavioral characteristics lead to different influencing factors for both behaviors. According to influence size, pressure of social norms, perception of low carbon interest, awareness of low carbon responsibility and external environment support positively affect the general emission reduction behavior in a positive way, while internal resource strength has no significant effect; internal resource strength, external environment support and low carbon The sense of responsibility in turn positively influenced the positive low-carbon behavior, while the impact of social norms pressure and low-carbon interest perception was insignificant.
