众所周知,数学作为人类认识自然界的一种手段已有几千年的历史。随着人们对事物运动量的研究的加强,数学方法也就逐渐发展成为科学认识的一种普遍方法。任何一门具体的科学都要引入数学方法,都能引入数学方法,特别是在物理学的研究中,数学方法的应用成为一个不可忽视的重要环节。由于数学方法的引进,物理学早就从被研究现象的质的分析转向量的描述,使得它成为数学化程度最高的科学。
