目的:观察茵陈蒿汤合五苓散治疗湿疹临床疗效并对影响其疗效的各种因素进行分析.方法:随机选取2014年3月～2015年6月在我院皮肤科治疗的湿疹患者100例,对其生理状况、病理特征进行详细地记录,并对这些患者采取茵陈蒿汤合五苓散水煎服,治疗方法为早晚各服用1次,以5周为1个疗程.每周对病例患者的病理状况进行分析,进行瘙瘁评分和严重程度指数(EASI)评分,根据评分的结果判断治疗湿疹的临床疗效.结果:参与治疗的100例湿疹患者中痊愈的有32例,治疗显效的有15例,治疗有效的有13例,该方法治疗无效的共40例,治疗总有效率为60％,且治疗有效的60名患者的瘙痒程度评分、水肿以及瘙瘁程度评分的改善情况具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).32例痊愈患者治疗之前平均评分为5.7(5.2),经过治疗后的评分为0.027 (0.09),P＜0.05,对比差异具有统计学意义.经单因素分析发现,存在消化系统症状、肢体酸痛感症状的患者应用茵陈蒿汤合五苓散效果更好.结论:茵陈蒿汤合五苓散治疗湿疹具有较好的临床疗效,并且其治疗的效果与患者的性别、年龄无关,当患者存在消化系统疾病或者肌体酸痛时效果会更好.“,”Objective:Discussing the clinical effect of using Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder in the treatment of eczema and the analysis of various factors affecting the efficacy.Methods:From March 2014 to June 2015 in our dermatology treatment of 100 patients with eczema,their physiological state,pathological features were recorded in detail,and these patients take Wuling Powder and Yinchenhao Decoction,treatments for morning and once,for a course of 5 weeks.A week to analyze the case of pathological conditions,pruritus score and severity index (EASI) scores,according to the rating results determine the curative effect of treating eczema.Results:Involved in the treatment of 100 patients with eczema in the heal of 32 cases,chines have 15 cases of treatment of 13 cases,treatment of 40 cases of this method,the total effective rate of 60％,and effective treatment of 60 patients with pruritus scores,edema and pruritus scores improvement was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).32 cured patients before treatment with an average rating of 5.7 (5.2),after treatment of the score was 0.027 (0.09),P ＜ 0.05,difference was statistically significant.Single factor analysis,gastrointestinal symptoms,physical pain symptoms of Yinchenhao Decoction and Wuling Powder was better for patients.Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Wuling Powder has better clinical curative effect of treating eczema,and its treatment with the patient's gender,age,when patients with diseases of the digestive system or body aches will be better.
