“得中原者得天下”。在过去,这是兵家逐鹿之语;如今,则成了商界争胜之言。随着改革开放的深入发展,越来越多的境外商人将目光投向了这片古老的中原大地。在逐渐兴起的对豫投资热中,来自港澳台地区的商人是最引人注目的一族。据河南省经贸委主管引进外资事宜的副主任陆观霄介绍,截止本月初,河南已有“三资”企业2200家,合同外资金额21亿美元,其中港澳台资企业达1700家,合同金额15亿多美元,分别占总数的78%和71%。

In the booming investment boom in Henan, businessmen from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are the most compelling people. According to Lu Guanxi, deputy director of the Henan Provincial Economic and Trade Commission in charge of introducing foreign investment, as of the beginning of this month, Henan had 2,200 “three-funded” enterprises with contracted foreign investment of US$2.1 billion, including 1,700 Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-funded enterprises with a contractual value of 1.5 billion yuan. More than US dollars accounted for 78% and 71% of the total respectively.
