加强事业单位人力资源开发,做好事业单位内部员工的职业发展规划,对于整个事业单位的长远发展来说尤为重要。本文针对事业单位人力资源开发中的职业发展规划有关问题,首先简要概述了事业单位人力资源开发及职业发展有关概念,进而分析了在事业单位人力资源开发中存在的问题,最后就完善事业单位人力资源开发,做好员工职业发展规划,进行了论述分析。
