传统流态化焙烧炉只有一个空腔,只能控制在一种气氛下对物料进行焙烧。有些矿物需经过两种不同气氛下的焙烧才能满足工艺要求。实际生产中是将经传统流态化焙烧炉焙烧后产出的焙砂经冷却装置冷却后进入另一流态化焙烧炉或另一形式的焙烧装置进行再焙烧;或是将两个独立的流态化焙烧炉串在一起进行焙烧。不管采用何种形式,设备配置都较复杂。鉴于这种情况,笔者设计了一种双室流态化焙烧炉,并作了详细描述。 Traditional fluidized roaster has only one cavity, can only be controlled in an atmosphere of material roasting.
