进入新世纪的第一个10年之后,中国70后作家群体中的大多数作家在叙事题材的选择及主题表现方面呈现出向人间本位的人道主义迈进的趋势,傲视睥睨顾盼自雄与沉湎怀想病态自恋的展现正慢慢被对广阔的社会生活与世俗的人生百态的描绘所替代,叙事手法也渐趋圆熟。姚鄂梅在其兼具表现的锐度与批判的力度双重特质的长篇小说《一面是金一面是铜》中塑造了性格内涵丰富而又各异的人物形象,堪称70后作家创作“换档期”中颇具典型性的代表作品。
