本课题为国家“八五”重点科技攻关项目,由北京矿冶研究总院、湖南柿竹园有色金属矿研制。主要研究目的是一种节能型自吸式浮选机,提高浮选效率,适应我国选矿业的发展。 本课题主要技术特点是该机的核心部件叶轮和定子机构。叶轮设计为锥盘式封闭结构,定子设计为锥盘式前倾叶片结构,两者有机匹配构成的整体技术指标先进,与同类产品A型浮选机相比,节电23.96%;吸气量提高27.30%;叶轮圆周速度降低24.42%;易损件使用周期可延长50%;浮选效率高;铜、金回收率分别提高2.5%和3.60%;钨回收率提高4.06%。该机的研制成功使我国自吸式浮选机发展跨入新的阶段,其性能达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。
This topic for the national “Eighth Five-Year” key scientific and technological project, by the Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute, Hunan Shushuanyuan non-ferrous metal mine developed. The main research purpose is an energy-saving self-priming flotation machine, to improve the flotation efficiency, to adapt to the development of dressing industry in our country. The main technical characteristics of the subject is the core components of the aircraft impeller and stator mechanism. The impeller is designed as a conical disc closed structure and the stator is designed as a cone-disc forward lean blade structure. The overall technical indexes of the organic matching of the two are advanced. Compared with the A-type flotation machine of the same type, the impeller saves electricity by 23.96% Increase 27.30%; impeller circumferential speed decreased by 24.42%; wearing parts can be extended by 50%; flotation efficiency; copper, gold recovery increased by 2.5% and 3.60%, respectively; tungsten recovery increased by 4.06%. The successful development of this machine has made our self-suction flotation machine develop into a new stage and its performance has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
