在现阶段的发展中,中小企业占据了社会的绝大部分,而且在经济、文化等方面的比重不断的扩大。面对社会的快速发展,中小企业需要将自身进行一定的深化和加强,从内部的角度出发,将一些不良问题有效的解决,而最好的方法就是开展教育培训。从现有的情况来看,很多的中小企业都没有找到合适的模式与途径来开展教育培训,因此众多的中小企业仍然没有太大的起色。在将来的工作中,需要对教育培训的模式进行有效的探析才能获得更大的发展。
In the current stage of development, SMEs occupy the vast majority of society, but also in the economic, cultural and other aspects of the continuous expansion. Faced with the rapid social development, SMEs need to deepen and strengthen themselves to some extent, from an internal point of view, some of the problems will be effectively resolved, and the best way is to carry out education and training. From the current situation, many SMEs did not find the right mode and way to carry out education and training, so many small and medium enterprises are still not much improvement. In the future work, the mode of education and training needs to be effectively explored to achieve greater development.
