研究了微量Sr、Y对具有bcc结构的Mg-14Li-1Al(LA141)合金铸态及挤压态微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在LA141合金中添加Sr或Y后,晶粒明显细化。挤压态合金的力学性能得到提高,这主要和第二相粒子(Al4Sr、Al2Y等)的形成以及挤压过程中发生的动态再结晶有关。LA141-0.3Y合金在室温下具有较好的力学性能(抗拉强度:161 MPa,屈服强度:154 MPa,伸长率:26%)。
The effects of trace amounts of Sr and Y on the microstructures and mechanical properties of as-cast and extruded Mg-14Li-1Al (LA141) alloys with bcc structure were investigated. The results show that after the addition of Sr or Y in LA141 alloy, the grains are obviously refined. The mechanical properties of the as-extruded alloy are improved, mainly due to the formation of second phase particles (Al4Sr, Al2Y, etc.) and the dynamic recrystallization occurred during extrusion. LA141-0.3Y alloy has good mechanical properties (tensile strength: 161 MPa, yield strength: 154 MPa, elongation: 26%) at room temperature.
