春冬小麦杂交育种用常规方法从135个组合中选出一个品系,选择效率为0.74%。按照花培育种选材策略选择,其中的79个组合进行花培,选出了三个品系,两个已参加省区试。花培育种的选择效率为3.8%。常规品系的亲本组合是 BC_1,花培品系是 F_1/F_2,亲本中含较多冬麦血缘。组合间的出愈率,绿苗分化率和染色体加倍率存在明显差异,因而一些组合适用花培方法选良品系,另一些适用于常规方法。两种育种方法的结合可充分发挥杂交育种的潜力。
Spring and winter wheat cross breeding One of 135 combinations was selected by conventional methods with a selection efficiency of 0.74%. In accordance with the selection of flowers breeding selection strategy, of which 79 combinations of flower cultivation, selected three strains, two have participated in the provincial test. The selection efficiency of flower cultivars is 3.8%. The parental lineage of conventional lines was BC_1, the flower cultivar line F_1 / F_2, and the parental line contained more winter wheat blood relatives. There was a significant difference between the combination rate of emergence, the rate of green plantlet differentiation and chromosome doubling rate, so some combinations are suitable for selection of flowering methods and others are suitable for routine methods. The combination of two breeding methods can give full play to the potential of crossbreeding.
