本文在已建立的切仑可夫辐射结合液体闪烁测量测定~(32)P、~(45)Ca双标记样品方法的基础上进一步建立淬灭校正方法,并提出以切仑可夫辐射为主的混合介质~(32)P、~(45)Ca双标记样品的测定方法。切仑可夫测量和液闪测量淬灭指标分别选用样品道比和H数,淬灭校正结果在常用范围内误差小于10%,可满足一般测量要求。固相法尚不能作淬灭校正,但其对化学淬灭耐受性强、经脱色的样品即可应用。本文亦对有关方法学问题作了探讨。
In this paper, we established the method of quenching correction based on the established method of Chernobyl Radiation combined with liquid scintillation measurement of ~ (32) P, ~ (45) Ca double-labeled samples. Of mixed media ~ (32) P, ~ (45) Ca double-labeled sample determination method. Chillingoff measurement and liquid scintillation measurement of quenching indicators were selected samples of the ratio and H number, quench correction results in the common range of error less than 10%, to meet the general measurement requirements. Solid-phase method can not yet quench correction, but its resistance to chemical quenching, the decolorization of the sample can be applied. This article also discusses the methodological issues.
