第一章总则第一条:为贯彻科学技术面向经济建设的方针,并发挥学会人才密集和知识密集的优势,利用学会跨行业,跨部门、跨地区的特点,开展电工技术咨询业务,促进电工技术进步,成立中国电工技术学会电工技术咨询中心,对外称中国电工技术咨询中心(以下简称咨询中心)。第二条:咨询中心是中国电工技术学会技术咨询委员会(以下简称咨询委员会)的工作机构,并接受中国科协咨询部的业务指导。第三条:咨询中心要发扬热爱祖国;热爱社会主义;热爱中国共产党的精神。并遵守中华人民共和国宪法、法律和遵守社会主义职业道德。第四条:咨询中心是以服务为宗旨,不以盈利为目的,从事电工技术咨询的事业性组织。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1: In order to carry out the principle of economic and technological development oriented by science and technology and give play to the advantages of being knowledge-intensive and highly-qualified personnel, the Institute will develop electrical engineering consulting services based on the characteristics of cross-sectoral, cross-sectoral and trans-regional learning, Technical progress, the establishment of China Electrotechnical Society Electrotechnical Technical Consulting Center, the external call China Electrotechnical Technical Advisory Center (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Center). Article 2: The consulting center is the working organization of Technical Advisory Committee of China Electrotechnical Society (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Committee) and accepts the business guidance of China Association for Science and Technology Consulting. Article 3: The counseling center should carry forward the love of the motherland; love socialism; and love the spirit of the Chinese Communist Party. And abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China and abide by socialist professional ethics. Article IV: Advisory Center is a service for the purpose, not for the purpose of profit, engaged in electrical engineering consulting business organizations.
