目的:对明日叶中的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化;利用IR,NMR和MS等波谱方法对各化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从明日叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十六烷醇(1),胡萝卜苷(2),豆甾醇(3),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),木犀草素-7-鼠李糖葡萄糖苷(5),木犀草素-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(6)和steviol-l3-O-β-glucopyranoside 19-β-glucopyranosyl ester octaacetate(7)。结论:以上的7个化合物在明日叶中属首次发现。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of tomorrow leaves. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by IR, NMR and MS. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the leaves of Tomorrow, identified as n-hexacosanol (1), daucosterol (2), stigmasterol (3), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose Glycosides (4), luteolin-7-rhamnose glucoside (5), luteolin-7-O-α-D-glucoside (6) and steviol-l3-O-β-glucopyranoside 19- β -glucopyranosyl ester octaacetate (7). Conclusion: The above seven compounds were found for the first time in tomorrow leaves.
