在知识经济和信息经济时代 ,知识管理被赋予了全新的内容。本文以知识管理的三大内涵———人、知识和市场为切入点 ,通过对现行知识管理存在的弊端和引发的负面效应的剖析 ,来说明知识管理的重要性及其所具有的创建企业崭新生存方式的潜能 ,并提出了集团公司组建初期进行知识管理特别是做好信息时代标准化工作的框架式工作思路 :人———应建立并规范标准化运行机制 ,明确各单位顶级标准化负责人的级别、职责和权限。知识———拓宽知识管理范畴 ,赋予知识管理部门监督评审知识完整性的权限。市场———集中行业精英 ,统筹规划并培育市场竞争机制 ;创建具有权威性的中介服务组织 ,促进行业精品在市场的流通 ;创建以电子商务为目标的全面信息化管理模式 ,采用数字化信息技术改造和提升传统的武器装备制造业和主导产业。
In the era of knowledge economy and information economy, knowledge management has been given a completely new content. Based on the three connotations of knowledge management --- people, knowledge and market, this paper illustrates the importance of knowledge management and its founding enterprises by analyzing the existing shortcomings and the negative effects of knowledge management. Brand new way of living, and put forward the frame of work for group management in early stage of knowledge management, especially in the information age standardization work: people --- should establish and standardize the operation mechanism of standardization, a clear unit top standardization person in charge Level, responsibility and authority. Knowledge --- broaden the scope of knowledge management, giving knowledge management authority to assess the integrity of knowledge of the authority. Market --- focus on the industry elites, co-ordinate the planning and fostering of market competition mechanism; create an authoritative intermediary services organizations to promote the circulation of the industry boutique in the market; create a comprehensive e-commerce information management model for the goal of using digital information technology Reform and upgrade traditional weapons and equipment manufacturing and leading industries.
