在复旦大学举行的全国著名高级中学校长论坛上,教育部高校学生司司长林蕙青分析了我国目前高考选拔制度面临的形势和挑战,并透露未来将逐步建立起以国家统一考试为主,以多元化考试评价和多样化选拔录取相结合的现代高校招生考试制度。形势:高考面临新挑战近几年,参加高考的考生人数不断增加,招生数量在加大,高校招生工作面临新的机遇与挑战。预计未来几年高考报名人数将持续大幅增长。到2007年,普通高中毕业生将达780多万,高考报名人数将达近千万。对于高考制度,存在各种意见,主要有三个方面:首先,来自于公众的公平性呼唤。由于优质资源缺乏、法制不健全,高考改革的第一要务要体现公平性。第二,来自于专家、学者、学界的看法。高考改革要解决素质教育与应试教育之间的矛盾。现在中小学校都在积极推进素质教育,要求高考在不断深化考试科目、内容改革的同时,克服高校招生仅以一次考试分数为依据的弊端,发挥高校在人才选拔中的主导作用和主动
