对幼儿的德育工作是幼儿学校教育和幼儿终生教育的重要基础。对幼儿今后的学习和发展都有着显著的作用。在现阶段幼儿园德育教育工作当中,幼儿教师和学校要学会在尊重有儿童、欣赏幼儿的基础上开展幼儿德育教育工作,建立和发展幼儿德育工作的长效机制,提高幼儿园德育工作的有效性。本文论述了幼儿园德育有效性的提高突进,希望为今后幼儿园德育教育工作有效性提高提供一些参考经验。 Moral education for young children is an important foundation for preschool education and lifelong education for young children. The future of children learning and development have a significant role. At this stage of kindergarten moral education, kindergarten teachers and schools should learn to carry out children’s moral education on the basis of respecting children and appreciating young children, establishing and developing long-term mechanism for children’s moral education, and improving the effectiveness of moral education in kindergartens. This article discusses the improvement of kindergarten moral education effectiveness, and hopes to provide some reference experiences for the future kinderness education effectiveness improvement.
