自我国进入21世纪,在社会经济逐步发展的时代背景下,各大企业呈现出日益激烈的市场竞争形势,为保证企业可以在长期的市场竞争环境下得到稳定的发展,企业必须积极提高自身的管理水平和能力。人力资源管理是实现企业生存和发展的基础保障,实现人力资源管理的创新化发展对企业适应新时代步伐具有十分重要的作用。文章旨在分析房地产企业人力资源管理的创新发展,以当今我国房地产企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题为基础,提出符合其发展的有效对策,进而保证房地产行业的顺利进步。 Since our country entered the 21st century, under the background of the gradual development of social economy, all the major enterprises have shown an increasingly fierce market competition situation. In order to ensure the stable development of enterprises in the environment of long-term market competition, enterprises must actively improve their own Management level and ability. Human resource management is the basic guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. To realize the innovative development of human resource management plays an important role in adapting to the pace of the new era. The article aims to analyze the innovation and development of human resource management in real estate enterprises. Based on the existing problems of real estate enterprises in human resources management in our country, this article puts forward effective countermeasures in line with their development so as to ensure the smooth progress of the real estate industry.
