[目的]研究中药开口箭有效成分对实验性结肠炎大鼠血小板活性的影响。[方法]建立三硝基苯磺酸大鼠结肠炎模型,用开口箭醇提物(主要成分为甾体皂苷)灌肠治疗2周后评价大鼠血小板表面P-选择素以及血小板聚集率改变。[结果]治疗组与模型组比较,血小板聚集率和血小板表面P-选择素下降(P<0.05)。[结论]开口箭醇提物可以抑制血小板的聚集与活化。
[Objective] To study the effect of the active ingredient of T. sinensis on the activity of platelet in experimental colitis rats. [Methods] A rat model of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid colitis was established, and the P-selectin and the platelet aggregation rate of rat platelets were evaluated after enema treatment with oral ethanol extracts (the main component is steroidal saponin). [Results] Compared with the model group, the platelet aggregation rate and platelet surface P-selectin were decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Arrowhead ethanol extract can inhibit platelet aggregation and activation.
