我们通过液相还原法制备了SiO2携载银点的复合结构。在制备过程中,[Ag(NH3)2]+离子通过Si-OH基团和它们之间的静电吸引作用被吸引在SiO2微球表面,然后加入还原剂和稳定剂,将SiO2表面的[Ag(NH3)2]+还原为银点。最后,通过TEM、XRD、UV-visible等测试手段对SiO2携载银点的复合结构进行了表征。TEM结果显示,SiO2表面的银点粒径是可控的;XRD和UV-visible的测试结果表明,随着银点粒径的增大,银的结晶度越来越高,其表面等离子体共振吸收峰发生红移。
We prepared the composite structure of silver carrying silver dots by liquid reduction method. During preparation, [Ag (NH3) 2] + ions are attracted to the surface of SiO2 microspheres by Si-OH groups and electrostatic attraction between them. Then, reducing agent and stabilizer are added, and the [Ag (NH3) 2] + to silver point. Finally, the composite structure of SiO2 carrying silver dots was characterized by TEM, XRD, UV-visible and other testing methods. TEM results show that the silver particle size on the surface of SiO2 is controllable. The results of XRD and UV-visible show that the silver crystallinity becomes higher and higher as the silver particle size increases, and the surface plasmon resonance Absorption peak redshift.
