本文提出了一种基于小波分析进行水平管气液两相流流型辨识的新方法。该方法以测试管段的管程压降△P的波动作为测量信号,通过对其小波变换结果的分析,根据不同流型能量分布的定量指标确定了流型判别规则。实验结果表明,这种判别方法能有效地实现对水平管层状流、波状流、塞状流、弹状流等四种典型流型的在线辨识。
In this paper, a new method of flow pattern identification of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal pipe is proposed based on wavelet analysis. In this method, the fluctuation of tube pressure drop ΔP in the test tube is taken as the measurement signal. Based on the analysis of the wavelet transform results, the flow pattern identification rules are determined according to the quantitative indexes of the energy distribution of different flow patterns. The experimental results show that this method can effectively realize on-line identification of four typical flow patterns, such as stratified flow, wavy flow, plug flow and slug flow.
