本文采用双流体改进模型对集中送风联柜内空气的流动与换热特性进行模拟,分析了CFD模拟的陈列柜温度场分布特性,并与测试结果进行了对比分析。对比表明,数值模拟结果与实测结果十分吻合,CFD模拟的结果与实验测试结果的平均偏差和最大偏差的最大值分别是-0.7℃和-2.4℃。说明改进的双流体模型的CFD模拟是成功的。
In this paper, a two-fluid model was used to simulate the air flow and heat transfer performance in a centralized air-distribution cabinet. The temperature field distribution characteristics of CFD-simulated showcases were analyzed and compared with the test results. The comparison shows that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the measured ones. The average deviation and the maximum deviation of the CFD simulation results from the experimental ones are -0.7 ℃ and -2.4 ℃, respectively. CFD simulation of the improved two-fluid model is successful.
